You are responsible for verifying and reviewing the transcriptions generated by ScribeJoy before entering them into patient charts or signing off on patient records. While we strive for accuracy, the final responsibility for the correctness of the transcriptions lies with the customer.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly notify affected users in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2.5. Data Retention and Deletion
